Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using TRSS services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Travel Risk Safety & Security (TRSS) website, platform, services, or any associated applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRSS.

If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to both you as an individual and the organization you represent.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in separate service agreements or proposals. These Terms apply to all services unless specifically overridden by a signed service agreement.

3. Artificial Intelligence Usage & Disclaimers

AI Disclosure: TRSS utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in various aspects of our services. We believe in transparency about AI usage and its limitations.

How We Use AI

AI technologies are integrated into the following aspects of our services:

  • Real-time monitoring and analysis of global risk events (earthquakes, weather events, civil unrest, disease outbreaks)
  • Automated alert generation and geo-fenced notification delivery
  • Natural language processing for news aggregation and risk intelligence synthesis
  • Pattern recognition for emerging threat identification
  • Content generation assistance for risk briefings and situational reports

AI Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or appropriate for your specific circumstances
  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information ("hallucinations")
  • Conditions on the ground can change faster than AI systems can detect or report
  • AI-generated alerts and assessments supplement, but do not replace, professional human judgment

Third-Party AI Models

Some of our AI functionality may utilize third-party AI models and services. These third-party components may have their own terms of service, accuracy limitations, and data handling practices. TRSS does not guarantee the performance or accuracy of third-party AI systems.

Not Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs are not professional advice. Our AI-assisted content does not constitute legal, medical, security, or insurance advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for specific guidance relevant to their circumstances.

Critical: You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and making decisions based on AI-generated content. TRSS disclaims all liability for actions taken or not taken based on AI outputs. Life-safety decisions should never be made solely on AI-generated information without human verification.

4. Risk Assessment Limitations

Risk assessments and travel advisories provided by TRSS represent our professional analysis based on available information at a specific point in time. You acknowledge the inherent limitations of risk assessment services:

Nature of Risk Assessment

  • Risk assessments are snapshots that reflect conditions at the time of analysis—situations can change rapidly and without warning
  • No risk assessment can predict all possible threats, hazards, or adverse events
  • Risk levels are subjective evaluations based on available data and professional judgment
  • Different individuals may face different risk profiles based on nationality, gender, health status, role, or other factors not always captured in general assessments

Information Sources

Our assessments draw from multiple sources including government advisories, intelligence reports, media monitoring, partner networks, and AI-driven analysis. TRSS cannot verify the accuracy of all source information and does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of third-party data.

No Guarantee of Safety

TRSS services are designed to help organizations reduce risk and improve decision-making, but we cannot and do not guarantee the safety of any traveler or operation. Even with robust risk management, adverse events can occur. Our services reduce, but do not eliminate, risk.

Client Obligations

  • Maintain your own independent judgment about travel decisions
  • Supplement TRSS assessments with other reliable sources and local expertise
  • Communicate risk information appropriately to travelers and stakeholders
  • Implement appropriate policies, training, and support systems for your travelers
